At Pocket Battles, we offer pre-order products to give customers the opportunity to reserve upcoming Pokémon Trading Card Game releases and collectible items before their official release date. Please review our pre-order terms below before placing your order.
1. What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is a purchase made for an item that has not yet been released or is temporarily unavailable. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving the product before it becomes available for shipment.
2. Payment for Pre-Orders
Payment is required at the time the pre-order is placed.
By completing a pre-order purchase, you authorize Pocket Battles to process payment and reserve your item.
3. Release Dates & Shipping
Pre-order release dates are provided by manufacturers and suppliers and may change due to production delays, distribution changes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available.
If an order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise specified.
4. Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered processing.
After the cancellation period, pre-orders may not be canceled due to inventory commitments and supplier requirements.

5. Pre-Order Delays
Pocket Battles is not responsible for delays caused by:

If a release is delayed, your pre-order will remain active and will be shipped once the product becomes available.
6. Product Availability
Although we make every effort to fulfill all pre-orders, unexpected circumstances may occasionally affect availability.
If Pocket Battles cannot fulfill your pre-order, you will receive a full refund for the unavailable item.
7. Pre-Order Returns & Refunds
Pre-order products are subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.
Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon products:

Refunds are only issued according to our return eligibility requirements.

8. Pricing
The price displayed at the time of placing your pre-order is the price you will pay.
Pocket Battles reserves the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error affects a pre-order, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
