Refund policy

At Pocket Battles, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must include all original packaging and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

2. Collectible Products & Trading Cards

Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon products, certain items have special return conditions:

  • Opened booster packs, individual card packs, and opened sealed products cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Once a sealed product has been opened, its contents are considered final sale.

  • Card condition disputes (such as centering, minor printing variations, factory marks, or imperfections) are not eligible for refunds unless the item arrived damaged.

For collectible cards, we recommend reviewing product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened trading card products

  • Used items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A description of the issue

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if the claim is approved.

5. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at contact@PocketBattles.shop.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions.

  4. Ship the approved return item according to our instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received was incorrect.

  • The item arrived damaged.

  • The return was caused by an error from Pocket Battles.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

7. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
